The Northern Indiana Minority Trucker Association (NIMTA) is a nonprofit organization based in South Bend Indiana serving truckers and trainees across the State. Our mission is to help minorities and disadvantaged persons in the trucking business succeed, and be successful by offering safety training, networking, contacts, industry information, mentoring, and promoting diversity industry wide. Through our work, we plan to spread our training, outreach, and intervention throughout the entire State of Indiana, offering internships and job training to current and aspiring truckers.
